The camp is led by Andreas Larsson (HockeyPT, Sweden) and Alexander Sandsten (Sweden, HockeyPT/Frölunda HC).
We will have exclusive access to the entire ice rink as well as the shooting & skills room.
Each participant will receive a personalized training jersey!
The camp is intended for young hockey players in the U14 to U21 age categories.
- 2 groups of 24 players + 4 goalies (28 athletes per group)
- Players: CHF 855.- (includes 9 on ice training sessions, 6–9 hours of shooting skills, 3–6 hours of off ice training, lunch & snacks)
- Goalies: CHF 600.- (includes 9 hours of on ice training, 6–9 hours of shooting skills, 3–6 hours of off ice training, lunch & snacks)
Friday to Sunday, June 13–15, 2025
- 3 hours of ice training per day – focus on technique, speed & game intelligence
- 2–3 hours of shooting skills – precision, shooting technique & scoring ability
- 1–2 hours of off ice training – athleticism, coordination & strength
Our camp offers an intensive training program with high tempo, constant movement, and a structured progression from fundamental skating to game-specific skills and shooting techniques. Each coach will work with a maximum of 6 players.
Skating Technique & Dynamics
- Forward & backward skating
- Acceleration & speed
- Crossovers & undercross movements
- Transitions between different skating techniques
Game & Puck Control
- Skating with & without the puck
- Movements & directional changes to create time & space
- Puck protection & battle situations
Shooting & Scoring Techniques
- Effective scoring techniques
- Shooting & skills training for improved precision
- Hockey equipment according to SIHF regulations
- Hockey stick for on ice & shooting room (important: white tape required in the shooting room!)
- Stickhandling ball
- Jump rope & yoga mat
- Off ice clothing & appropriate shoes (no black soles)
- Towel & shower sandals
- 2. pairs of spare skate blades (if using skates in the shooting room; otherwise, sneakers can be worn)
- Extra clothing for 3 days of on- & off ice training
- Spare laces & helmet screws

In addition, OYM offers specially developed protein shakes, bars, and snacks – designed in collaboration with in-house nutrition experts to optimally support recovery.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE ON ICE
The Ice Rink at OYM sets new standards: The rink size can be quickly adjusted to NHL dimensions. The facility features four spacious locker rooms, which have already hosted renowned professional players. A special highlight is the public spectator stand. In addition to serving as a training arena, it also hosts junior championship games and preparation matches.

PERFECT CONDITIONS FOR PRECISION
The entire shooting area is equipped with high-quality synthetic ice, featuring six shooting stations – including an area with real ice for realistic goaltender training. Additionally, a Skatemill system is integrated to specifically improve technique and conditioning. The top-notch equipment ensures optimal training conditions for the highest demands.
