EDGEWORK – Saturday / Sunday Package

Sporting Park - Engelbergerstrasse 11, 6390 Engelberg

The summer break is not a break – it is your opportunity. Time to recover, but also to deliberately sharpen your skills.

From 30 May to 05 July 2026, we offer exclusive training sessions based on the EDGEWORK process model. Our experience shows: athletes who train consistently over time achieve more sustainable progress – technically, tactically, and mentally.

This structured approach allows us to systematically develop, refine, and ultimately automate movement patterns. The training sessions are modular in structure, enabling an individual and needs-based development.

Training Focus

Each training day consists of two intensive on-ice sessions and one off-ice session, focusing on:

  • Posture, balance & power on the edge
  • Smooth gliding & precise transitions
  • Stickhandling, passing & game understanding
  • Hockey-specific skills & tactics
  • Speed, awareness & reaction
  • Mobility & flexibility

And the best part: the ice is exclusively ours. No distractions. No waiting times. Small groups ensure that every participant benefits to the maximum.

Holistic Player Development for the Next Performance Level

Henric Andersén knows what it takes to make the next step, not from theory, but from first-hand experience at the highest level. A former professional hockey player and now a Development Coach, he supports young athletes on their journey from ambitious youth players to performance-ready competitors prepared for the next level.

Developed within Sweden’s renowned elite system, Henric wore the national jersey at the junior level and captured U20 SM Gold with Leksands IF. His professional career took him through demanding development and pro leagues in Sweden as well as into the French professional system, where he played for clubs including Leksands IF, Dijon, and Chamonix. Wherever he played, he was known as a player who embraced responsibility—on and off the ice.

Serving as an Assistant Captain, Henric led not through words, but through reliability, high hockey IQ, and a relentless team-first mentality. Particularly valuable is his experience playing both forward and defense, giving him a rare, holistic understanding of the game, tactically, technically, and mentally. This perspective makes him an ideal coach for academy players who want to truly understand the game and prepare for higher levels of competition.

Today, Henric’s focus is on long-term, sustainable player development. His work is detail-driven and standards-based, emphasizing professional habits that extend far beyond training sessions. His coaching integrates skill development, skating, athletic performance, and mindset into a structured development process, always aligned with the demands of modern high-performance hockey.

Coaching Focus:

  • Performance-based skating and skill development
  • Position-specific training for forwards and defensemen
  • Building professionalism, accountability, and a winning mindset

Away from the rink, Henric lives the same performance-driven approach. His passion for mountain sports and snow sports, combined with his studies toward becoming a commercial airline pilot, reflect his discipline, precision, and long-term perspective, qualities he consistently brings into his work with athletes.
Henric Andersen stands for development with substance, clear, demanding, and future-focused.
